Micha Houtkamp, founder of Leadstars, sales consultant for recruitment firms in the Netherlands and the United States.
I'm the founder of Leadstars, the growth marketing agency that gets over 30 recruitment firms their candidates and clients, with an expected ROI of more than €50 million across our clients, candidates and clients combined.
Sales is my passion. I've personally run over 1,000 calls with prospects, with a closing rate between 80 and 100 percent. That's what I've focused on: the conversation that decides whether a candidate or client signs.
Now a team from Leadstars does this with me. We help firms one-on-one in the conversation that follows once the candidate or client walks in, for a small number of agencies at a time, in Dutch and English. No group training, no scripts from a folder. Your real conversations, your real deals.
